One of the world’s leading telecommunications equipment manufacturers, Alcatel provides tomorrow’s switchgear to major telecom carriers worldwide. Regal Research collaborated with Alcatel to produce its 1671 SC Multiservice Cross-Connect equipment.

This effort involved seamless collaboration between Alcatel’s product engineers and Regal’s manufacturing staff to rapidly advance from prototype to production of complex, multi-tier assemblies. Capabilities required included precision metal fabrication, electro-mechanical integration, installation of electronics, integration and test. Regal’s comprehensive service has made it possible to jump from blueprint to full-scale production in a fraction of the time normally expected in such an effort.
