Gayle A. Glosser, President, has over 25 years experience in the Electro/mechanical industry in a variety of positions including owning a home-based electronic assembly business. She worked as a manufacturer’s representative, selling to the industry before purchasing Regal Research and Mfg. Co. in 1985.

Michael D. Powell

Michael D. Powell, Executive Vice-President, has over 30 years of management experience in the electrical/mechanical manufacturing industry. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Manufacturing at Electrospace Systems, Inc., Rockwell International, and as an electrical design engineer at Collins Radio Company. He earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering at Oklahoma State University and his MBA at Southern Methodist University.

Russell Sikes

Russell Sikes, Chief Operating Officer, has held a variety of manufacturing, finance and business development positions over the past 20+ years. He has fulfilled a variety of roles in recent years at Regal Research. Previous positions included Vice President Of Business Development, Vice President Of Marketing, Chief Financial Officer and Manufacturing Manager in the computer manufacturing and software industry. He received his BA from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Greg Jernigan

Greg Jernigan, Director of Metal Fabrication, has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of the custom fabrication industry. In his current role he oversees all shop operations and serves as Regal’s key resource for production and automation technology.

Phillip J. Speicher

Phillip J. Speicher, Chief Financial Officer, has 40 years of diversified financial management experience, including thirteen years with Deloitte & Touche as an audit manager. After public accounting, he served as Chief Financial Officer of companies ranging in size from $20M to $250M in annual revenues, representing a broad range of industries. He received his Bachelor of Science from Butler University, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.

Abel Andrade

Abel Andrade, Business Development Manager, has over 20 years in the Electronic industry. Abel earned a BSEE from Siena Heights College, and has extensive experience in purchasing and material handling with Honeywell Military Avionics and Alliant Techsystems. His sales and marketing experience includes owning his own firm representing piece part components and electronic contract assembly, as well as working for major electronic contract manufacturers.

Teresa Trowbridge

Teresa Trowbridge, Office Manager, has over 35 years in the manufacturing environment. Her experience includes 9 years with Rockwell International working in areas of Industrial engineering and assembly inspection and 8 years with Texas Instruments in the planning and assembly roles. Her last 18 years have been with Regal Research responsible for data management and administration.

Rick Bateman

Rick Bateman, Manufacturing Engineering, has over 35 years in the Electro-mechanical industry with the last 15 years with direct hands-on in machining and sheet metal fabrication. Rick studied Business Administration at the University of Texas and has worked in key roles of Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Control. Rick is an auditor for ISO-9002 and has performed implementation and support of these standards.

L.H. Pounds

L.H. Pounds, Quality Manager, has over 34 years of support and management experience in both military and commercial manufacturing. He has been with Regal for 10 years and has been responsible for quality assurance, production and material control, and customer support. Previous experience includes 14 years with Electrospace Systems as Group Head of Production Control and Material Control, and 10 years with Texas Instruments in program management and production control. He has an Associates degree from Ranger Junior College.

Don Sherpy

Don Sherpy, Manufacturing Manager, has over 35 years Engineering and Manufacturing experience in both Military and Commercial Design and Manufacturing. Previous experience includes 29 years with Electrospace Systems Inc. as the department head for Engineering Design, Drafting and Documentation, and lead of that company’s Configuration Control Board. Don also has Mechanical Engineering and Program Management experience in the Telecommunication and Broadcast Transmitter industries.

Michael Anderson

Michael Anderson, Inside Sales and Estimating Manager, has over 25 years experience in military, aerospace, and commercial manufacturing with over 20 years in management. Previous positions held include Vice President of Manufacturing, General Manager, Quality Control Manager, and Production Manager. He has worked with the design engineers to solve manufacturing problems with such companies as ATT, Bell Helicopter, and Rockwell International. He studied engineering and mathematics at the United States Military Academy at West Point and at the University of Texas at Arlington.

Roy Bell

Roy Bell, Manufacturing Operations Manager, has been in the manufacturing business for over 26 years specializing in precision sheet metal and machine fabrication. He attended Angelo State University, and has training hours and accredited certificates in Quality Assurance, Hogan Management, Process Improvement, Osha Safety, 5S, Kazian Techniques, and Lean Manufacturing. His employment history includes companies such as Range Air Mfg., RBM Precision Mfg., A.A. MFG. and APW Ltd.

Joe Phillips

Joe Phillips, Program Manager, has over 30 years of manufacturing experience. He has held a variety of management and staff positions from Manufacturing Production to Engineering and Quality, for companies such as Collins Radio Company, Rockwell International and Alcatel Telecommunications. He is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a BAA in Industrial Management.

James Taylor

James Taylor, Technical Support Manager, has over 10 years of experience in product design and manufacturing. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University. No, he's not related to the singer.

Jan Kelly

Jan Kelly, Purchasing Manager, has over 25 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment. Prior to joining Regal, her purchasing experience included eight years at Electrospace Systems and ten years at Andrew Corporation. She holds a B.B.A in Management from Amber University.
