Wet & Powder Coat Painting

Nothing is more critical to the final appearance of your parts than the finishes applied. In an effort to control every phase of the manufacturing process to insure the finest quality parts for our customers, Regal maintains a full-service paint and silkscreen facility.

Our paint facility includes three wet booths, two Powder Coat booths, three baking ovens, and an automated, conveyor driven powder line for high volume work. We have a complete support staff for part masking, and highly skilled industrial painters to apply the finishes.

Silkscreen Printing

No finishing operation would be complete without single and multi-color silk-screening. We can use your existing artwork or create new artwork for you. We can accept artwork files in a variety of formats including native Adobe Illustrator and encapsulated postscript.
