Quality Systems

Here at Regal Research, our Quality System starts in our front office. We use a comprehensive ERP system from Epicor Software, allowing us to control every aspect of our manufacturing operation. We utilize data collection terminals located throughout the manufacturing facility, allowing us to track and report on jobs in progress on a real time basis.

Part conformance is verified using state of the art metrology equipment. In addition to fully calibrated hand tools, we utilize the following equipment:

• Brown & Sharp Micro-hites
• Virtek laser scanner
• Fully programmable Zeiss CMM
