Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication

Our high speed Trumpf CNC punch presses (featuring auto-index of all tool locations) and combination 2400 watt laser/punch machines handle the high volume parts, while our 2600 watt lasers allow us flexibility on quick turn prototypes, shorter production runs, and difficult to punch materials. We utilize a fully automatic Stopa Material Managment System to allow us extended periods of unmanned, lights out manufacturing on the punches. CNC Programming is handled using Trumpf's Tops or Metalsoft's Fabriwin software, so we can program directly from our customers engineering data.
