Nothing is more critical to the final appearance of your parts than the quality of finish that is applied. Regal Research controls every phase of the manufacturing process including final finish by providing the following in-house services:
- Chem Film and Zinc Phosphate Plating
- Cosmetic Debur and Polish
- Sand and Bead Blasting
- Wet Painting
- Three Powder Paint Departments (Conveyorized, Mid-Sized Structures, Large Frames)
- Custom Multi-Color Silkscreens and Label Application
- Laser Etch Part Marking
- Semi-Automated Epoxy Ink Part Marking
Each of our paint departments have dedicated paint booths and baking ovens. We have a complete support staff for part masking and highly skilled industrial painters to apply the finishes.
Silkscreen Printing
Many of our customers’ products require single or multi-color silk-screening. Regal Research has a dedicated silkscreen department complete with multiple silkscreen stations, dedicated baking ovens, graphics design software, and even manufactures its own screens and frames in-house. We can use your existing artwork or create new artwork using native Adobe Illustrator or encapsulated postscript.
